Mum to be package
This beautiful package is designed with pregnant Mumma's in mind.
A pregnancy reflexology session is a wonderful way to prepare the body for birth. Sit back, relax and enjoy this time to connect with you baby.
After birth a lovely relaxing Reflexology treatment to help balance the hormones, relax the new Mumma and encourage healing. The beauty of this treatment with a new born is they can feed, cuddle or sleep on Mumma all while the treatment is being carried out. No need to worry about fitting it in around feeds, naps and nappy changes.
Carry on the wellbeing through the family by learning some baby massage techniques to help promote better sleep and boosting the immune system while enhancing the beautiful bond between you both.

1 x 60 minute postnatal Reflexology treatment
1 x 30 minute Baby Massage instruction.

Mum & Baby Package
This lovely package is for fantastic for new mums.
Just after birth is an ideal time to relax and enjoy a postnatal Reflexology treatment. The treatment will focus on balancing hormones, promoting better sleep, encouraging the body to heal and giving you a bit of time to rest and enjoy something for you.
Following your treatment a short treatment can be carried out on the little one. Baby Reflexology is great for promoting better sleep, easing the symptoms of constipation, colic, wind, reflux and boosting the immune system.
The treatment is carried out in the comfort of your own home, I'll bring along my reclining chair which I'll set up in an area of your choice. As this treatment is carried out in a chair you'll not have to worry about attending to the little one should they need to feed or wake from a nap and need settling. You can do this all from the comfort of the chair. A lot of my new mums use this as a time to have a little snuggle with the little one while they are getting their treatment.

Payment can be made by card, cash or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Please be mindful that my time is my income. Please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged at 50% and any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged at full price.
