My name is Nichola and I am a complementary therapist based in Northwood, Middlesex.
I offer specialised services exclusively for women, with a focus on massage and reflexology for women's health. My calming and welcoming treatment room offers a place to relax, unwind and enhance your wellbeing. Each treatment is tailored to the unique needs of each client. Whether you seek relief from stress, pain, or wish to enhance your overall health, my Northwood therapy room is your sanctuary for rejuvenation and holistic care.

Important information.
Due to a number of very last-minute cancellations and requests to reschedule recently I have had to review my policies.
As a self-employed therapist my time is my income. Every last-minute cancellation or request to change the appointment with short notice, means is more difficult to book other clients in and I lose income because of this.
I also commit to renting my therapy rooms when you make your appointment and I incur charges whenever you cancel or reschedule the bookings with short notice.
Therefore, as of Monday 25th of November the following policies will be effective:
Please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged at 50% and any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged at full price.
As of the 1st of January 2025, I will also be requesting a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This can either be paid by bank transfer or a secure online link to my Square card payment system.
I'm sure you can appreciate these sorts of changes are made to protect my business and are not made lightly.

Please be mindful that my time is my income. Please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. FAQ's
How do I book? If you would like to make a booking please give me a call on 07956 666578 or drop me a message and I can send over some available dates.
How do I pay? On confirmation of your booking I'll send you over a link to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. The remainder is payable on the day of your treatment by either cash or card.
What do I wear? Please come dressed in something comfortable. For reflexology you'll only need to remove your sock and shoes. If you are having the Facelift Massage I'll need you to remove your shoes, top and to drop your bra staps as this treatment does include a shoulder massage.
Where are you located? I work from 2 therapy rooms, both are located in the Northwood High Road. This is the old high road, not green lanes. The address for both rooms in at the bottom on the page or on the contact page. But please do give me a call if you are not sure.
Is there parking? There is some street parking on the high road and some of the side roads, but it does get busy and some do have restrictions for an hour a day, so please allow some extra time to find a space.
Do you offer gift vouchers? Yes, gift vouchers are available all year round and are the perfect gift for birthdays, Christmas, baby showers, valentines and anniversaries. You can purchase directly from my shop or feel free to get in touch to customise.
Can I cancel or change my appointment once confirmed? Yes, please see my cancellation policy above for both cancellations and amendments.
